Crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Almave is the world’s first premium non-alcoholic Blue Agave spirit made at origin. Rather than imitating tequila, it begins where authentic tequila begins: with mature Blue Agave harvested from the fields that have defined Mexico’s most iconic spirit for generations.

Behind Almave is Master Distiller Iván Saldaña, one of Mexico’s leading agave experts, together with Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton, whose passion for excellence helped bring a new vision to life.
Instead of relying on artificial flavours or extracts, Almave follows the traditions of tequila making. The agave is harvested, slow-cooked and crushed to release its natural sweetness and complexity. Through an innovative process that skips fermentation, the spirit captures the rich herbal, citrus and earthy character of Blue Agave while remaining completely alcohol-free.
